The Ahmed Al Fateh Islamic Centre’ Head Nawaf Rashid Al Rashid announced the Eid Open House program that had been stopped for the past 2 years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The center has been keen to introduce to non-Muslims its mission and main activities which all aim to highlight the values of tolerance and peaceful co-existence in the Bahraini society.
This year’s Eid event will be held on the 2nd and 3rd days of the Eid Al Adha holidays from 9 am until 4 pm in the center headquarter.
Al Rashid pointed out that the Eid Open House program will be free of charge and include several activities such as educational tours of the Grand Mosque highlighting its Islamic architecture and the importance of the Eid festival in different foreign languages.
Guests will also be treated to the traditional Arabian hospitality and can wear traditional dresses to take photos.
There will also be a special corner for Arabic calligraphy where the guests will have their names written in beautiful Arabic calligraphy and many other activities.
Al Rashid would like to invite all Non-Muslim residents and tourists to participate in the activities during Eid.
